One TeAm One Dream

At my job this is my team motto. I love it! We have each other's back and we are all working toward a common goal.

At Columbia Presbyterian that is what I want. I want a team I trust that has my back and is as emotionally invested as I am so when they recommend things it is what they would want for their family. There is only one outcome permissible here. 

I don't trust that we are one team yet and it terrifies me.
